Your role.
As a carpenter, after a trial period, you will be assigned a clear place in the team. Your colleagues will share their knowledge with you and, through specific projects, we can assess your talents together. This will allow you to grow from a supporting role to greater independence.
What will you be doing specifically?
* No CNC work!
* Restoring old oak and pine floorboards. Removing nails, brushing, sawing and planing, tongue and groove jointing
* Staining recycled wood for our furniture maker.
* Assisting with the installation of plank floors and custom joinery (kitchens, stairs, bookcases, etc.)
* Basic restoration and modification of antique and vintage furniture.
* Sorting and re-crating old stone floors and tiles.
* Making crates for export.
What are your qualities:
* Good knowledge of Dutch (English is a plus).
* Team player with a positive and calm character.
* Minimum good basic knowledge of artisan joinery.
* Appreciation for patina/signs of age in antique and vintage furniture is essential.
* Creative and an eye for colours and proportions is a plus.
* Eye for detail and fine finishing.
* Preference for natural materials and high-end recycling.
* Driving licence B essential. Driving licence C is not essential but a plus.
* Basic knowledge of welding is not essential but is a plus.

Your role.
As an administrative assistant, you will take over some of the current tasks of the managers. This includes accounting, export and logistics, payroll and general administration. After an induction period, during which you will work closely with us, you can grow from a supporting role to a more independent one.
What will you be doing specifically?
* Checking the accounts.
* Full follow-up of domestic and international transport, from requesting shipping quotes and customs formalities to assisting end customers.
* Passing on payroll details to Acerta every month.
* Assisting with online sales. Photography, social media, etc.
What are your qualities?
* Good knowledge of Dutch and English. (French and/or Spanish is a plus).
* Team player with a positive and calm character.
* Minimum good knowledge of administration.
* Minimum good knowledge of international transport.
* Meticulous and structured.
* A love of antiques, art, interior design and vintage is a plus.
* Driving licence B required.
