Pair of Angel Pazmino Lounge slipper Chairs

These modernist chairs were designed by Angel Pazmino for Meubles de Estilo in the sixties for Meubles de Estilo. Ecuador at this time received a US aid project to encourage native craftsman. Local designers where given the opportunity to meet Danish modernists and exchange knowledge and ideas. This collaboration led to some great examples of traditional joinery applied to modern shapes with the use of high quality solid rosewood and leather.
