French early 18th century sandstone doorway. Moulded troughout with starshaped bases and a dated frieze, 1715. Interior dimensions are 201 H x 93 W or 79.13 x 36.6 inches W. Exterior dimensions are 266 H x 132 W or 104.7 x 52 (without siderocks to be bricked in) The corniche is 170 W or 66.93 inches. Maximum depth is 40 or 15.74 inches. Ref. 4501.
