Circular Painting 19th century panel
We created this painting by reclaiming 19th century painted wooden boards. A panel was taken out and cut in a circle. Then we partly scraped of the original paint, put on a paint remover and rubbed the pigments out. After this we put on several other layers with the scraped of paint mixed with lime. All this was done with very thin layers and conservation of the original structure of the original patina. We did this just because we can.
